There’s a legendary California winemaker who is so dedicated to his craft that he’s written academic papers on the subjects. And that’s why we affectionately refer to Sonoma Chardonnay star David Ramey as “The Professor.” The winery is now in the hands of Ramey’s children Alan and Claire, who will no doubt carry on his legacy.
