Mitch Frank joined Wine Spectator as associate editor in 2005 and serves as news editor for the magazine and WineSpectator.com. He was promoted to senior editor for news in 2022.
Frank previously worked at Time magazine, where he covered American politics and global affairs. He has published two books for teenage readers: Understanding September 11th and Understanding the Holy Land. Since 2010, he and his family have lived in New Orleans. When he's not tasting wine, Mitch loves great food, great music, and watching the New York Mets break his heart.
